Solid Gold

Originating from cold and snowy Minneapolis, MN, this trio has found something to warm up to besides a fire. Having just released their EP Synchronize this past January, these guys are coming onto the scene fast. Classifying their sound as electro/glam/rock, these guys produce a nice, warm synth-groovy sound that is smooth, refreshing, and unique. Great for an easy-listening afternoon or for your Friday-night pre-going out jam. You can also check out Solid Gold at this year's SXSW in Austin. Here's a taste of the new EP with "Synchronize". So So Modern

Four-piece So So Modern have been over in New Zealand, working on their debut album Crude Futures, which will be released on March 1. Featured is the release of their video for their single "Worst is yet to come" which gives fans just a glimpse of what Crude Futures has to offer. Halloween seems far around the corner, but the quartet seem to be planning for it far in advance with this werewolf-like girl and the costumes they wear themselves. These guys are knocking down all the walls with their open-platform performance music. Challenged by radical ideas and inspired by the theatrics of performance, these guys are something new that will be sure to make your head turn.

If there is one person out there that is real and tells it like it is, its 'imboycrazy'. Not kidding...this chick rocks. Whatever kind of day you are having, she can make it better. Hilarious, down to earth, and unforgiving. I have spent countless hours reading back through some of her earlier posts instead of doing some homework for investments or reading for senior seminar. Everything she touches on are the topics that everyone else is too afraid to talk about and put insight into. Worth looking into fersher.
